Day 1, post-nap, included rain… lots of rain. Drunken watermelon, impromptu photoshoot in front of a mirrored building, goofy photos, dinner at Silvertone, dessert at Finale, walking, walking and more walking, and a dance competition featuring Dev’s friend, Vickie.

I flew into Boston on a red-eye and spent the next day recovering from the lack of sleep from both the uncomfortable flight and the time change. The first day I made arrangements to have lunch with my friend (and host) Devlynn. After lunch, I made a quick trip around Harvard Square (where she works) before heading off to bed for a much-needed nap.
