As my inbox is filled with emails describing the fall fashions and kids are going back to school, San Diego is finally realizing that it is summer. The sun is out, the heat has been cranked up and the beach is all shades of blue. There are a lot of times when I am not in love with So Cal… this is not one of those times.

Is “our” friend still standing on the sea wall waving his handkerchieves? Looking at these photos make me homesick for you and your little beach apartment. THAT was THE most fun
