And now featuring 100% more Sahar!

My friend Sahar accompanied me on one of last weekend’s family sessions.  Having just picked up her first DSLR, she was eager to check out the behind-the-scenes-inside-scoop of a working photoshoot.  After making sure it was okay with the client, we approached the session as a team.  While Sahar appreciated the experience, I sure enjoyed the fact that I didn’t have to lug my heavy bag around by myself!

After the session, we played with various settings on her new camera and took a few shots of each other in the waning sunset light.

Thanks so much for all your help, Sahar!  I can’t wait for our FILM shoot this afternoon!

Something fun…

… from a sweet family session this past weekend.  More to come soon!

Greetings from Boston // Day 1 (continued)

Day 1, post-nap, included rain… lots of rain.  Drunken watermelon, impromptu photoshoot in front of a mirrored building, goofy photos, dinner at Silvertone, dessert at Finale, walking, walking and more walking, and a dance competition featuring Dev’s friend, Vickie.

Greetings from Boston // Day 1

I flew into Boston on a red-eye and spent the next day recovering from the lack of sleep from both the uncomfortable flight and the time change.  The first day I made arrangements to have lunch with my friend (and host) Devlynn.  After lunch, I made a quick trip around Harvard Square (where she works) before heading off to bed for a much-needed nap.

Hiccup…

After installing the latest upgrade for WordPress, my entire blog disappeared.  Luckily I had a backup, but some of my current posts were not in that backup.  If I’ve blogged about your session and you would like to see it reposted, please let me know and I will get right on it.  Right now, I’m trying to remember everything I had posted.

Thanks for your patience during my technical difficulties…
